Terms of Service

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 16 years old. Use one account per person and keep it to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under it.

Your projects and content

You keep ownership of everything you add: projects, images, updates and reviews. By adding it you allow us to store it, show it on MyLaunchFeed and use it to promote the service, for as long as it stays on the site.

Only add projects you own or are allowed to represent, and only content you have the rights to. No illegal products, malware, scams, adult content or anything that misleads people.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on actually trying the product. No fake, copied, paid or automated reviews, no spam and no personal attacks.

A project owner can publish or reject a review of their project. Reviews they don’t decide on in time are published automatically. We may remove any review that breaks these rules.

Points

Points are a virtual currency inside MyLaunchFeed. You earn them by reviewing and spend them on extra projects, Boost and Spotlight. Points have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money and can’t be transferred to another account.

We may change how points are earned and spent, and correct balances that changed because of an error or abuse.

Things you must not do

Don’t game the review queue or points, for example with multiple accounts or review swaps. Don’t scrape the site, overload it, break its security or use it to send spam.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may move projects to drafts, remove content or block accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

No warranties

MyLaunchFeed is provided “as is”. Reviews are the opinions of their authors, not ours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute about them or about the service is settled exclusively by the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know on the site or by email. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
