Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

MyLaunchFeed is operated by An Co., Ltd. (アン株式会社), Tokyo, Japan (“we”, “us”), which is responsible for your data. This policy explains what we collect when you use mylaunchfeed.com, why we need it and what you can do about it. We keep it short and only collect what the service needs to work.

What we collect

Your Google account details when you sign in: name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.

What you add to the site: projects with their descriptions, links, logos and covers, project updates, reviews, ratings and answers to project questions.

How you use the service: launches you open and skip in the review queue, your points balance and its history, boosts, Spotlight bids and your notifications.

Technical data: the IP address and browser details of the devices you sign in from, kept with your login sessions to keep your account secure.

How we use it

To run MyLaunchFeed: sign you in, show projects and reviews, run the review queue, keep your points balance and send the notifications you asked for.

To keep the service fair and safe: limit abuse, spot fake reviews and block accounts that break our Terms.

We don’t sell your data, don’t show ads and don’t use third-party analytics or tracking.

What is public

Published projects, project updates and published reviews are public. Your name and profile picture are shown next to your reviews and on the top reviewers list. Your email address is never shown to other users.

Cookies

We only use cookies that the site needs to work: two cookies that keep you signed in and one that remembers your language. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. The Google sign-in button on the sign-in page is loaded from Google and follows Google’s privacy policy.

Emails

We send an email digest of new reviews of your projects at most once an hour. You can turn it off in Settings or with the unsubscribe link in any digest.

Services we rely on

Google handles sign-in. Amazon Web Services stores project images. Postmark delivers our emails. MongoDB Atlas hosts our database. They process data only to provide their service to us.

When you add a project, we visit its public website to read its name, description, logo and preview image.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account in Settings, we delete your profile, projects with their images, points history, notifications and sessions. Reviews you wrote on other makers’ projects stay on those projects, shown as written by “Deleted user”.

Your rights

You can change your name and email settings, and delete your account, in Settings at any time. To get a copy of your data or ask anything about it, email us.

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, the UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, and complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

MyLaunchFeed is not meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For important changes we will let you know on the site or by email.
